Problems with User Patches

I had a few user patches that I had saved. I wanted to try and rename one and delete another, so I went to the directory (through Windows - not Omni) and renamed, deleted them there. Now when I open Omni, the old name as well as the new name patches are both still there, and the one that I deleted is still there also. And both of those I edited in Windows now just sound the 'DEFAULT' sound - the patches themsleves are gone.

How do I rename and delete user patches from within Omnisphere?

...and is it not possible to do that in Windows? (like you can in RMX with all the SAGE converted stuff, for instance)

After renaming in the windows explorer you need to refresh the Omni browser list by clicking on the icon with the circle arrow in the omni browser-that will update the list and get rid of the duplicates.
